¾ Stick of butter to the room temperature

2 tablespoons of chopped chives

1 Minced garlic clove

1 Sliced lemon

3 Lobster, tail, about 7 ounces

1 Pinch of kosher salt

Directions:

Start your Wood Pellet Grill on smoke with the lid open for about 3 to 7 minutes

Preheat to about 350°F; then blend the butter, the chives, the minced garlic and the black pepper in a bowl

Cover with a plastic wrap and set aside
